If Bindery doesn’t work for you, you get your money back.

14-day money-back guarantee

Email support@your-domain.example within 14 days of your purchase from the address you used at checkout, or with your receipt number. We’ll refund you in full. No forms, and you don’t need to give a reason, though we’d love to hear what didn’t work.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Link/Stripe, our merchant of record, and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can also get help with an order at link.com.

Pro renewals

Pro renews once a year until you cancel, and you’ll get a reminder email before each renewal. Cancel any time at link.com or from the link in your receipt. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, email us within 14 days of it and we’ll refund it in full.

After a refund

A refunded purchase stops unlocking Bindery: the license key no longer works and the browser’s pass ends. Any bundles you already exported are yours to keep.

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the law where you live.
